+How far in advance should you book your wedding Flowers?
Typically we book weddings one year in advance. However, a minimum of 6 months prior to your wedding date provides us with enough time to reserve your date and go through all your details to ensure we know exactly what you want for your special day.
+Do you work with all budgets?
Yes. We absolutely do! We know and understand that weddings can be expensive, so we will work with you to offer the best quality products to suit your budget needs.

+How many weddings or events do take per weekend?
To ensure that we provide you with exactly the service and product you expect, we will not book more than 5 weddings on a particular day. That will ensure that every detail is taken care of, that way you only have to enjoy the day!
+Should I know exactly what I want for my event?
Knowing exactly what you want for your day, helps us determine exactly what the best products are to make the vision come to life. However, even if you are not sure exactly what you want, we can show what we have done for previous events and/or wedding and put together some ideas to help you find the perfect look for your special day!
+How do I choose the right flower for my event?
Finding the right flower for your event is important so that you achieve the look you want for your special day. Determining the right flower can be based on the time of the year, whether the event is indoor or outdoor, what the theme or vision you are trying to create or budget. Our creative designers can sit with you one on one to discuss your options so that we can provide you with the best options for your special event.
+Can you provide a sample of what the bouquet or centrepiece will look?
Once we have booked your date and confirmed the style and theme of your wedding and/or event, we can definitely provide you with a sample of what the bouquet/centerpiece will look like on your special day. That way you can be sure we provide you with exactly the vision you are looking for!
+Do you have packages that you offer?
Since every event is different, we provide custom order to suit each event. We will work with you one on one to ensure we provide the best products to make your event what you envision it to be!
+Once I have booked my event, do I need to leave a deposit? And when will the balance need to be paid?
To secure and book your event, we do require a deposit. We typically take a minimum of 15% deposit of the total amount of the order. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
+If I change the date of my event or need to cancel, what is your refund policy?
We understand that unforeseen situations occur where plans need to be changed. If you have paid a deposit for your event and the event is cancelled 30 days prior to the event date, then we will provide you with a credit for other floral arrangements at a later time for the value of the deposit. However, if the event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event, unfortunately no refund or credit will be provided.
